Beavers
At the 3rd, we have 3 Beaver Colonies.
These are called, Wild Wood, The Riverbank and Willows. They are all based on the theme of Wind in the Willows.
Wild Wood meets from 17:45 to 19:00 each Monday
Willows meets from 17:15 to 18:30 each Wednesday
Riverbank meets from 09:15 to 10:30 each Saturday
At present we have around 60 Beavers who are aged 6 and 7 years.
They are a keen bunch, with their own camps. At their last camp, the highlights were a trip to Dinton Pastures, 10 Pin Bowling and a camp fire. Many will be asking their parents to come with them to our annual family camp!
The Beavers love Art & Craft, but also they want to be outside as much as possible. Our recently extended grounds make it an ideal place for the Beavers to run off some of that energy.
